Heidi Dinning is a Certified Divorce Coach and Family Communications Expert based in Calgary who has made it her life's work to help people navigate one of the most emotionally charged experiences they will ever face. Her philosophy is direct: divorce is 80% emotional and 20% legal. If you don't manage the 80%, it will sabotage everything else. As a thinking partner, Heidi acts as a steady, clear-minded guide — helping clients decouple their emotions from the business of divorce so they can make decisions rooted in facts rather than fear, and lead with grace for their children and themselves. Her unique gift of human connection allows her to identify with clients almost instantly, building trust and creating space for honest, productive conversations that move people forward. Heidi's certifications include Certified Divorce Coach (CDC), High Conflict Communications, Co-Parenting Coach, and Pre-Mediation Coaching. She is also affiliated with Northwest Mediation for Families, the International Federation of Coaches (IFC), the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC), and the Family Mediation Canada (FMC).
